Join Kathryn who will guide you through a 45 minute meditation to help you enjoy a deeply relaxed state allowing you to return back to your desks feeling refreshed.
The vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls will help ease your body and mind into a sense of calm and peace. These classes are for everyone, no matter your experience with meditation. Reported benefits include; deep relaxation, peace of body and mind, clarity and focus, as well as a renewing effect your whole well-being.
To ensure you are as comfortable as possible, please wear clothing you’re happy to lay down in and please bring H2O. Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket for you to be comfortable.
Sessions are £6. Please pay in cash at the session.
